What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit koonci.co.id. It does not cover the Koonci app, which is in private beta and will be governed by its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
This website has no accounts, sign-up forms or payment features, and it does not ask you for personal data.
When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes the standard technical data needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
Cookies
The website uses one functional cookie, kx_lang, which remembers your language choice (English or Bahasa Indonesia) for up to one year. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use information
We use technical data to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, and we use the contents of your emails to respond to you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data on our behalf in order to serve the website; this processing may take place outside Indonesia. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Hosting logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw any consent you have given. Email hello@koonci.co.id and we will respond.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date shown above.
Language
This policy is provided in English and Indonesian. In the event of any inconsistency, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
